Pricing & Terms
- All Virtual Office plans are offered with a minimum commitment of 12 months.
- Full payment must be made upfront at the time of onboarding.
- No security deposit is required.
- Prices mentioned are exclusive of applicable taxes, which will be charged additionally as per government norms.
- Pricing is fixed and non-negotiable, and remains the same for all clients, both internal and external.
- Virtual Office services are currently available only at select Clayworks centers.
- KYC of the authorised signatory is mandatory for all clients, including PAN Card and Aadhaar Card.
- Registrations and compliance are subject to statutory approvals and regulatory guidelines.
