About the role
Key Responsibilities:
1. Project Execution & Coordination:
a. Lead site operations and ensure smooth daily execution of interior fit-out works.
b. Coordinate with internal teams, contractors, suppliers, and consultants to drive timely delivery.
2. Site Supervision:
a. Supervise all aspects of site implementation including false ceilings, partitions, flooring, joinery, etc.
b. Ensure works adhere to drawings, specifications, and quality standards.
3. Technical Oversight:
a. Interpret architectural and MEP drawings.
b. Address and resolve on-site technical queries through RFIs and design clarifications.
4. Material & Vendor Management:
a. Oversee procurement, delivery, and quality checks of site materials.
b. Liaise with vendors to ensure adherence to timelines and standards.
5. Quality & Safety Compliance:
a. Implement safety protocols and quality control procedures on site.
b. Conduct regular inspections and manage corrective actions for any non-conformities.
6. Documentation & Reporting:
a. Maintain site documentation including DPRs, snag lists, material logs, and handover documents.
b. Prepare and share project status reports with relevant stakeholders.
7. Stakeholder Communication:
a. Attend meetings with clients, consultants, and vendors.
b. Act as a liaison for project updates, challenges, and resolutions.
Requirements
- Skills Required:
- Proven experience in handling commercial interior fit-out projects.
- Deep knowledge of construction methods, materials, and detailing.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and project tracking tools.
- Strong leadership, coordination, and communication skills.
- Qualifications:
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture,
- or Interior Design.
- 3–5 years of relevant site experience in commercial interiors or
- construction projects.
