Overview

As Snabbit expanded beyond Mumbai, the company was looking to establish a Bengaluru base for its growing product and technology teams. The brief called for a well-connected location in Koramangala or HSR Layout, with the flexibility to scale and a workspace that reflected Snabbit’s identity.

In 2025, Snabbit discovered ClayWorks while exploring workspace options in Bengaluru. Following an evaluation involving its key decision-makers, including board members, the company chose ClayWorks 5B, Koramangala, for its location, design language and the flexible ability to deliver a workspace tailored to its requirements.

What began as a requirement for 50 seats evolved into a dedicated, 220-seat headquarters across two floors, eventually expanding to 354 seats within the same building.

The Challenge

Snabbit needed more than a ready-to-use office. It required a workspace that could support rapid hiring, bring its teams together in a central location and establish a distinct identity for its Bengaluru operations.

The company also needed the flexibility to expand without repeatedly relocating or managing the complexities of setting up and operating a conventional office. A standardised workspace would not fully address its requirements for personalised design, collaboration and long-term scalability.

The Solution: Built Around Snabbit

ClayWorks adopted a built-to-suit approach, shaping the workspace around Snabbit’s operational needs, growth plans and brand identity.

Located in Koramangala, ClayWorks 5B offered the accessibility Snabbit was looking for, alongside well-planned collaboration areas that supported interaction across teams. ClayWorks’ in-house design and architecture team personalised the interiors using Snabbit’s brand colours, graphics and preferred design elements, creating a headquarters that felt distinctly its own.

The first and second floors were developed into a dedicated, fully managed headquarters spanning approximately 11,000 sq. ft. and accommodating 220 seats at launch.

ClayWorks managed the journey end to end, from workspace design and fit-out to operational readiness, allowing Snabbit to focus on building its team. The headquarters was handed over within 45 days of signing and became operational in October 2025.

The Outcome: Scaling Within the Same Building

As Snabbit’s Bengaluru team grew, its workspace expanded alongside it. During January–March 2026, the company added another 134 seats and 6,700 sq. ft. at ClayWorks 5B.

Today, the headquarters spans approximately 17,700 sq. ft. and accommodates 354 seats, more than seven times the original requirement. The expansion was completed within the same building, without another office relocation.
